Subprocessors (Unterauftragsverarbeiter)

1. Overview
Lab Manager Pro engages the third-party service providers below to help operate the Service. These providers may process personal data as subprocessors (Unterauftragsverarbeiter) under Art. 28 GDPR and our DPA / AVV. This list should be read with our Privacy Policy and Impressum. Several providers process data in the United States; transfers rely on SCCs or other Chapter V GDPR safeguards.

3. Changes
We may add, replace, or remove subprocessors as our infrastructure evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page by updating the "Last Updated" date. Where reasonably practicable, we will also notify the workspace account owner by email before a new material subprocessor processes Customer Content.
4. Objections
If you have a reasonable objection to a new material subprocessor on data protection grounds, contact us promptly at contact@labmanagerpro.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the concern.
